Finally installed my bilsteins today. It really is a pain with the rear swaybar installed, had to disconnect it to get old ranchos off.
Took about and hour including rotating tires.
I don't know if this has been mentioned before but with bilsteins installed it raised truck 1/4" from what it was at with the ranchos.

Yes I added the swaybar about a year or so after I got the truck.
