K&N cai parts

Anybody know if you can buy individual components of the K&N cold air intake kits such as the section below marked by red arrow?

its not a k&n but auto zone has a pipe similiar to what you are asking about. Hope that helps.

Well, even though it's got to provide a little better air flow versus stock, it probably only gives 1/500th more pf a single horse's power so chasing this down may not even be worth it.

I do know I'm not interested in paying $300 for the complete K&N kit.

the price of these cai are out of hand for the most part. I know guys that have moded their own out of pvc piping put i wouldnt do it :shock:
