Do you have power windows?

Are the mirrors power, and or heated?

If there is not just a single screw holding that small triangular plastic panel, like newer ones then I can provide directions. I will need to know if you have power power or not because the window cranking handle will need to be removed.

Remove the screw that retains the front inside door handle bezel to the door trim panel.

Remove the power accessory switch mounting cover from the door. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to carefully pry the cover up at the front leading edge.
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the switches, if equipped.
Remove the switches from the switch mounting panel, if equipped.

Remove the access hole plugs.
Remove the nuts that retain the outside rearview mirror to the door.

If it is just the glass and not heated, any glass shop can cut you a new piece.
Clean and then scratch up the attachment points. Use some RTV silicone to attach it. Tape will hold it in place until it dries.
