oil and tranny cooler

Post by T-bone02 »

Does anyone know how dependable and effective the all in one radiator/tranny/oil cooler is? I've got a 16 foot aluminum bass tracker and don't want to over heat anything? Will this factory system be sufficient for short to meduim hauls?

Adding an auxillary transmission cooler will add life to the transmission.
I doubt that you will overheat the transmission, but adding a cooler is cheap insurance if you plan to keep the vehicle long term.

jarheads cc would overheat pulling a tiny single axel camper trailer while sitting in traffic on a hot day. and we couldnt run the a/c.....so ya, anything you can do to help the motor/tranny cool down is a good thing
