Why so much rake??? Maybe its just an optical delusion, but that rear tire looks smaller than the front. What size are they?

When I got my truck lifted I planed on waiting a week or two to get tires as I didn't have the cash. But after i saw it lifted with the stock tires, I told my wife I wouldn't drive it until I got nwe tires. 
They look so small! So we wen't straight to the tire shop and got new tires
