Repainting Safari Bar

I found a safari bar in a salvage yard missing the cross bar got a new cross bar welded in cleaned it up and primed it what would be the be the best paint to use on it someone told me to use truck bed coating on it to cover any bad spots what do you guys think would be best thanks

I used rattle can bed liner on a used WAAG brush/grill guard and has held up well after 2 years.

Thanks guys i think i will go with the rattle can bed liner
