What is a shell that is color matched worth? What did you pay?

I Can't Remember The Brand Name Of The One That I Had, But It Was Almost 900.00 New, I Paid $250.00 Used. It Had A Front Drop Down Window (for cleaning) And I Got The 4 Clamps To hold It Down.

I put down more than that but its the only one I've found in my color/timezone but I'm happy.

Thanks

I also re-confirmed that I need to do a 101 down to the redwoods back up thru the oregon caves trip.

Looks GREAT!
The Redwoods Oregon Caves trip was a good one. Camp at Miller Lake and see Crater Lake on that loop too. That was really a nice trip.
Don't count on them holding an earthquake for you at Trees of Mystery like they did for us ;)

I think bed caps look awesome on our CC's. I'd get one but it would interfere with my CB whips. :(

Are there any alternatives to bed caps? Like some sort of rack (that doesn't go over the top of the cab), or anything that allows more storage area?

Lol. That would work great, but it's a little too pricey for me!

Shoot I'd be happy with just a pewter glass bed cover for mine! Don't really want a cap.

Yeah, distance and price are always getting in the way. :( Unless of course you were planning a trip west to Moab or such. 8) Ooops! just re-read your post and location and that wouldn't be West for you as I'm East of that by a ways.

I have half that problem beat. Unfortunately I am way too cheap to spend much on another cap, even if it is a hard top.
Still, keep me in mind if you decide to get rid of it :) I'd make the drive over to check out your truck and pick it up too. Kill two birds!

I bought an ARE cap two years ago for $250 used. It does not have the side windows though, so I only use it when I go camping.
