Factory exhaust manifolds, factory y-pipe pre-cat and cat, Flowmaster Force II cat back exhaust system (inline 1 chamber resonator, 50 series muffler deleted and replaced with a 30 series muffler, 2-1/2 mandrel bent tailpipe), Gibson 3" SS exhaust tip

ZR2 Blazer
Factory exhaust manifolds, factory y-pipe pre-cat and cat, Dynomax after cat adapter, Flowmaster 30 series muffler, Gibson 2-1/2" mandrel bent tailpipe, Gibson 3" SS exhaust tip

Thank you, I was wondering what my 2001 CC would sound like. Pretty sweet!

The 2 sound clips above use the same Flowmaster 30 series muffler.

The only real difference betwwen the 2 sound clips is that the CC also had a Flowmaster 1 chamber inline resonator which made the exhuast much quieter.

I like the sound without the resonator much better, but some people might not like the extra sound in the cab while cruising.

The 30 series muffler was discontinued several years ago, however if you like the sound of that muffler the Super 40 is very similar, and the Super 44 is close, but not as deep.

It would sound better if, you had some BFG MT KM2s on there though.
