Pre Runner Bars

Post by Chris W »

:nana: Hey Gang , I'm a new member and this is my first post so please bare with me. I would like to know if anyone knows where I can get a bolt on pre-runner bumper for the front of my 04 ZR5 , as I do not want to drill into the front bumper . I like the N-fab bumper but you have to drill the top of the factory bumper per thier instructions.

Welcome to the forum Chris W.

I believe ORI and Fabtech both make pre-runner light bars for S10's.

Have you read the topic The ULTIMATE Pre Runner Bar Thread over at ZR2USA.com?

I don't know about the fabtech but the ori requires two holes to be drilled on the top of the bumper.

:nana: Well I know the N-Fab unit requires you to drill into the bumper. Thanks for the link to the ZR2 thread , I checked it out and WOW I.m sold on the ORI Challenger . It looks like I will have to drill into the bumper for that one also but I sure like the looks of it. The guy that has it mounted on his truck also has the Synergy Offroad clevis hooks and that is what I have on my ZR5. I also have the Hidden Hitch front receiver for my Warn M8000.I think it will all tie in nicely. THANK YOU so much for the help.

P.S. I will get some pictures and post them soon.
