Raising ZR5 nerf bars

Has anyone raised their stock ZR5 nerf bars? If so, I'd like to know how you went about it. They look rather silly sitting so low and visual ground the truck.

cajun....look at my pics noted above!!!! i just measured down 2 inches and drilled new holes. i did drill holes for the parking brake cable to pass thru the brackets on the drivers side....... i think i used a 1/2 inch bit for those. if you have any questions let me know!!!!!!!!
