Can't tell, but it looks like a Checkmate -- really popular in the Lowered s10 world because it sits flush, and not over the top of the rails, and suposedly built really well.

That is pretty nice. The website states they do custom covers (specifically to fit inside bed rails), so I can only imagine how much it would cost.
