"will immediately be capable of delivering a 5-20% boost in horsepower throughout the entire RPM band GUARANTEED or your money back!"

Try it and tell us how it goes so we don't waste our money, I'll bet you probably have to have proven dyno results before and after to get your money back though or they could say you can't proove it. Then you are screwed.

Money back for the plans to build this. This is not the electric supercharger they are selling, it is the plans to build your own.
How are you going to prove that the plans did not work if you succeed in building something that does not work?
Just because what you built does not work, doesn't mean that the plans didn't, right?

Don't worry about it. The ad is very misleading.

I highly doubt any performance gains will come of adding such an electric supercharger. A supercharger only adds performance at high RPM's as the belt rotates the centrifugal or the the twin screw to produce compressed air to be mixed with the fuel for higher combustion. That setup looks like a fan on the intake system which may send alot more air. I say spend the $80 on an MSD, wires, blaster coil and a k&N filter....then do the air box mod.. I bet you'd get an equal amount of power increase and MPG increase as the electric supercharger...

There's a guy on S10Blazers.com that has a pretty good sig line on his posts:

Oh my Gawd!!! It's a Chevette! You mean there's one that actually escaped the crusher?

Come to think of it, I saw a Vega the other day. And it was still moving under it's own power!

I know, I had a couple of them too. But see, this one I saw was all stock with a 4cyl in it (and judging by the smoke trail, the original 4cyl). You don't see stock ones still running very often!
