I got the 1.25" hub centric wheel spacers from Dwight Long (completevalue on Ebay). I just wanted to know how to install them correctly. Should I locktite the spacer to the hub or just torque it down nice and snug as I would a normal wheel? How often should I check them once installed to make sure they haven't come loose?? Thanks guys.

Loctite is not a good idea on anything wheel related. The consensus is 100 lbs torque , check them in a hundred miles or so and then at 3K with every oil change

I Have The Complete Spacers And Do Mine Exactly As F9K9 Says, 100 Ft Lbs Torque & Check Them At Each Oil Change I Haven't Had One Fall Off Yetf9k9 wrote:Loctite is not a good idea on anything wheel related. Torque them properly on a good clean mounting surface and there should be no problems.
I treat them just as I would the wheels, and check the torque during regular tire rotation. I have yet to find any loose.

If you look at the trucks from the rear you will notice that the rear tires are not set apart as far as the front ones are. The rears also tend to look lost in the rear wheel wells. A lot of members use 1.25" spacers on the rear to even the looks up.
