Re: Bigger alternator
Was only able to stop by NAPA on the way home last night. Emergency at home, Air Conditioner died, 100* humidity 98. Anyway NAPA could only check my battery charge with motor running showed 13.8 volts. I hope to get by Oreilies today where they can check my alternator output.

Low Reading on Amp Gauge
I've noticed lately , when I start my truck the gauge reads like always a little over 14. But now as I warm up on down the road my gauge has dropped to about 12.5. This is with all elec. acc. off. Is this a sign of a major problem ?

I wonder if this knock sensor could be affected by the lower coolant temp from the 180 degree thermostat I run in summer time. Or do they just wear out like the wonderful O2 sensors we were Blessed with ? If so is there maybe a better way?

Re: i am so sorry for another tire fitment question
I'd say NO. I know the rear fenders are from Isuzu and totaly unlike ZR2 , the fronts have a different opening size and flare to the edge. The old S-10Crewcab.com site had a list of Mods. with discriptions and pictures that had all you would need to do the Skidz cuts to your fenders, but I don't kno...

Re: Fuel Pump Started
I don't guess I knew there were three parts. I was only aware of the pump and the fuel gauge, or is that the sender ? If so mine works great. I just wondered if I could install an inline pump and pull the gas through the intank pump?

Re: Fuel Pump Started
I've been having these thoughts about this junk intank fuel pump system we all put up with on our S-10 Crewcabs. Is there not a way to modify our fuel delivery system to an out of tank pump ? There has to be a way.
