I recommend to atleast have the rotors recut if you do not want to replace them.....new rotors are not expensive. They're about $30 a piece.
I'm sorry I don't know what the OEM part numbers are.

It took atleast 300 miles to break in my Powerslots & Hawk pads and I experienced a huge difference in the breaking power while towing my boat.

I broke them in before I did a lot of towing. I took the wife out for a drive, brought her shopping & went for dinner.

Have you replaced the Dexcool with the green stuff? It sounds like you have air pockets passing through the heater core. Air + Dexcool = BAD. You should drain out the Dexcool immediately before the Dexcool destroys your core. It ruined mine.

The wheels I was looking at, the XD series 795, were backordered and the supplier told me they do not have an ETA. It's back to the drawing board for a different wheel.

So I have to assume that if this wheel was mounted on our hub that the gap of 2.75mm would be a bad thing???

Should I investigate installing custom wheel spacers that are hubcentric for our stock 69.85mm hub and made to fit these aftermarket wheels with 72.6mm hubs?

I know it is for the Evap System...perhaps a leak at the purge valve?
could the filter on this purge valve, solenoid, be clogged?

Would it be the gas cap??

Whenever I have my driver side window down all of the way I open the rear driver side about an inch or two. I do this because I don't like the huge rush of air in my face and so maybe this has prevented this pressure build up?

Welcome to the site. Unfortunately I can't help you; I have not experienced this pressure build up in my CC. I have noticed that if my front windows are up and the rear windows are down the wind creates a unique tunnel effect across the back seats.

I asked a local shop to align my front end because I noticed the truck was drifting a little. The shop told me that they wouldn't perform the alignment because my ball joints are loose. They are not shot, just loose..... :?:

Did you replace the OEM radiator for the extra capacity aftermarket?

You might want to consider replacing the oil transfer lines to and from the oil cooler & oil filter before they start leaking.

While you are at it might be a good time to add a transmission cooler.

I would recommend the Bazooka tube. It fit nicely behind the rear seat & the BTA6100 & BTA6200 have an internal amplifier.

After I got a little banged up on the quad I was a big fan of those hot wet packs. I'm not too sure what they were full of, but you soak them in hot water and place them on the sore spots, awesome.

I have had a similar experience, but it was with my aux lights. I hit the module between the battery and interior switch with the hose and ended up frying it. I convinced it was the water from the hose; I must have hit it at the right angle with too much pressure.

Thank goodness you are okay. You were very fortunate.
Forget about pictures of the CC; your focus on the recovery takes priority. Try to relax; some of the injuries associated with an impact like that may not show themselves for a few days.

Yes, the first thing I did was install a new cap, rotor and wires; all Napa stuff, Echlin & Mileage Plus. I put new AC Delco, 41-932 plugs in, (the OEM plugs). No Codes. :D I have an MSD 6A sitting here, maybe I'll put that in and try the NGK's and/or Bosch and see if the MSD makes a difference....b...
