the LED one I wanted to get was plastic so it could be easier on the teeth. I think I will go on the path less traveld and get the LED one. I know every one has a maglight here .. so If I test the led one..I will at least give some feed back on whether people should upgrade.. I will take it to work ...

I tried doing this mod myself but had a little trouble with it on the relay instalation. I spliced into the all the wires like the diagram showed but my drivers side light wouldnt work for some reason.. :? so ill try again tomorrow. yeah my lights turn on on there own so i must have AHL but everything works fine on my truck .. just lows on DRL then the AHL kicks in low beams too .. as soon as i hit the highs I get quads. :? Ill check it again. since last night I was tricking the sensor with a lamp. But I dont think I need this ...

:o no relay I just ground the yellow wire out and boy did them lights shine. I also did the air box mod while I was at it. I have a gmc crew and the foglight switch is just under the headlight switch. when I drive at night and turn my fog lamps on . within five to ten minutes the switch gets very hot. almost to hot to touch. anyones elses crew do this or is it just mine that is trying to flame me..
