i yanked my s-10 emblem off the tail last night w/ a hairdryer and some fishing line, it took about 10 minutes to get it off and then i used some stuff from autozone called sticker shocker(aerosol) it worked pretty well i had my fiance hold the hairdryer while i kinda just slid through the adhesive,...

ive thught abput but i,ve got a spare, i dont really need much else, if it comes down too ill park it or just load the spare up untill i can get itt to a shop, i refuse to drive farhter than neccassary on a donut :x

i personally carry spare fuses,a lighter,wet matches, a leatherman,small tool set that has glo sticks(safer than flares,not as fun :cry: )first aid kit, cables,hose tape and clamps,collapseable water bag, gas siphon, a small improved st i got from wal mart for 20 bucks and just added some other stuf...

does the truxedo lock, after i put the tailgate lock in the only way to get in is to slice open the tonneau cover not that that would be too difficult, it.s just vinyl.



but mines fairly secure now, still not quite watertight but im working on it

i see alot of trucks w/ rails, i think they still look good and if anyone says anything just tell them your going retro :D



plus the ones on ZR5's look better because of the suppurts they have at the corners of the rails, at least in my opinion

well it might be non of my business but they dont make hard cover to go on the Zr5's or anything with rail,they will have to cone off, i made a comprise i went with the access rollup cover it lays flat not bowed up in the middle like most others and fits with the rails on, i've got an 03 ZR5 and its...

and with all this including tires and all i'll have about an extra 3 1/2 to 4 inches on the body, because thats all i really need, i dont do much off roading but i'd like to be able to use the step bars that came on my truck

groovy, thanks, how hard is it to do all this stuff, like the 2" BL and T-bar crank, and whats a good brand tire for some 30's, i was looking at some yokohama's i'm not really into off roading that much i only do it when i really need to. and will 30X 9.5 R15 fit on my ZR5 15X7 inch rims?

ok I dont know much about lifts, as a matter of fact this is the first time i've ever put serious thought into doing it, but if wanted about 3 or 4 inches of body lift id need about a 2 inch BL kit,rear shackles, and crank up the torsion bar, right? that would also let me throw on some 30's, right? ...
