If, it needs an alignment the go ahead and have it done at a good shop. They usually will not align one until needed repairs are made. Have them check it out and what needs to be replaced can be done by you or the shop if, you choose.

No ramps or hills to fill that sucker up. You might need a home made dipstick to get an idea where the midway of your axles are. OEM capacities go out the window with aftermarket diff covers. What's the D30 on? If, it is stock on a vehicle then it should be ok. If, it is on a lifted rig then there is a good chance that the pinion is rotated up to correct drive line issues. ............I'm not sure of the problem you have with your factory speakers but mine are clear as any I've heard and I can't crank 'em full on with the windows closed or I'd be deaf. :rock: :whew: It's all about sound quality. Awesome first post! Welcome to the board!! I also ran into zerks not accepting grease on the CC. I have a boat load of zerks on my heep and none were accepting grease. Changed out the adapter on my gun and all was well again. Just one more thing to check.

It ran a little warm (230*) Saturday afternoon when on the interstate in our 98* weather but, I really don't sweat the temps like I used to. You really shouldn't have any problems running 15 or a tad less. I bet half of the S/T series trucks are running 25 psi on the roads, out of ignorance or neglect. Your choice worked for you and that is all that really matters.

A connection probably didn't "snap" into place when you had the stereo installed and has worked loose. Did you tug at all the connections when you had the panels off? Good deal! Those caliber slide pins need to be inspected regularly and cleaned and greased when necessary. If, they get pitted or corroded, you can pick them up at any parts store.

There was no need to flip the sway bar installing the lift and I really cannot picture in my mind if, it would create the angle. I just know that is not normal.
