On my gmc you pull the plastic pins above the tag mount and just pull it off. The side clips just pull off.

Re: Anti knock sensor
I replaced the sensor today.. What a PITA that was. I hope none of you have to change it.
You have to remove the dissy and the fuel lines and it is still hard. I got it though. Time will tell if it works.

Well it's almost done... I can't find the bolts for my step bars. The hardest part was the hitch. lol.. Well it was. But it is all done but the step bars. So as soon as I can find some bolts I'll get some pictures. I think the GMC is easier than the s10.. You don't have to cut the front bumper or dr...

I'll have to get back with you with this. I have not got to the bumpers as of yet. I had the hardest time with the bed. But it was dark out and I had a very hard time finding the holes to get the bolts started. As for the instructions. I used the ones that came with the kit but the BDS pictures are ...

I have bigger washers though so not a problem. I would never trust them little washers they give you... I probl...

I have read and read and I'm lost.. They say to remove the blinkers. The sonoma headlights are made with the blinkers. So I guess I remove the headlights. They say to trim the valence. I don't have a valence. So I guess I have to trim the bumper. They give you 3 hoses and a peice of pipe. I don't kn...

Have you had any work done in the past? There is no way for the c-clip to just fall out. If it did there is something wrong. Look at the spider gear on that side to make sure it is not broke. Look at the diff lock pin to make sure it is there and in the right place. Look at the spider gear on that s...

If you want good ball joints get them here. I had these in my old Blazer for 200,000 miles and they are still good. I have them in my Jimmy.
I now have them in my crew after the Moogs wore out in 18,000 miles.

Sorry to hear that. If you think the bearing is bad and you have been driving it for awile you will need a axle kit. In this kit is a new axle, bearing, seal and new studs. You will need to get two things of oil and a new gasket. It takes about a hour to do the job if you get the right kit to start ...

I too have the full size bump stops. I have this big bump in the road on the way to work. I use to have to slow down to 25 so my front tires would not rub. When I put the full size bump stops in I could go 35 before they would rub. Then I put the bilsteins on and now I have been up to 50 and no rub....
