A good indicator of just how much lift you can expect is to jack the truck up to unload the rear springs completely (tires almost lifted off) then compare the kit springs arch to the stock springs, the "gap" is pretty close to the amount of lift you will see. The important thing to remember with wheel spacers is, proper lug torque and checking them often.

Sometimes I feel a very slight vibration at highway speed. Don't know if its the road, tires, or spacers. It's not enough to bother me or make me feel the need to get the tires re balanced.
