Was that radiator mounted in the grader and you ran the Dawn with it running? I have visions of some Lucy episode with soap bubbles everywhere. Dawn would be better in this scenario but, in a running cooling system, you will want to use an automatic dishwasher soap.

Thinking about this a little more... Don't those bearing caps cover the installation shims? That big washer on the end that is out should be covered by the cap a little shouldn't it? You might check the orientation. Look for an indexing mark. I punch mine before removal to make sure I get them back...

I hadn't heard of it before but, a large equipment mech recommended that I clean the ATF out of my wife's Cherokee's block and cooling system with Cascade and it really did the job. I have seen it recommended since then.

From the FSM and not much help. Remove wheel speed sensor mounting clip on the control arm. Remove wheel speed sensor mounting clip on the frame rail. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (2). Remove the sensor mounting screw (5). Let me know if you can see the image. I doubt that ...

The non foulers will work and save about 10 dollars. There is a little extra labor involved to drill out one of the non foulers for the sensor tip to clear. That's right and I meant to mention that but, forgot. I don't recall the drill bit size but, I had one and with a vise it took under a minute....

Have it scanned for the codes. It should still be stored in the system. You might have gotten something wet. Happened in my heep. I only had 2nd gear in the auto (limp mode) and I had lights on the switches for rear wiper, defrost and the locker compressors ran with the key out of the ignition. Luck...

You might be on to something but, did you look at the calibers when it was in drive? That's the easiest way to see movement. Toss it up on jack stands, on level ground, block the front wheels, remove your rear wheels, start it up and place it in D rive. Now, walk to the rear and observe your brake calipers. If, they are moving any then you have bent axle shafts and that will take out seals ASAP. Don't ask me how, I know. ...

You will find the bolts under the truck bed, directly under the upper bed sides. Forget the PC and just prep, prime and use some rattle can Rustoleom Hammered black from Wallyworld.

Pick up some 3M "Glaze" at a good auto paint store and follow the directions. It will have something on the bottle that it is good for removing swirl marks.

I am having difficulty picturing your brace. Yours is a pre-'98 rig and a lot of changes were made between '97 and '98. Maybe a photo of your issue will help us in trying to walk you through this. With my throttle body spacer a t-stat swap is like 5 minutes or less. Without the spacer it might take ...
