I'd check the oil in the rear diff for water. Make sure the vent has been relocated. Clean the evap vent valve filter. Check for fluid in the T-case vacuum lines. Those would be my top three. Then look for a cracked dist. housing and that darn loctite on the cap screws. A dose of injector cleaner an...

The 2.5" lift is just a key lift. Did it include a-arms to correct the camber and caster after the over crank? The stock keys can already exceed the range for the ball joints and CV angles. That is why a max z-height adjustment is usually recommended. There was one who lasted quite a while with the ...

There are a couple that have done it. You can look to the Upfitters manual for all the differences in the frame and mounts. I suspect that those who did the swap used the ZR2 fenders and bed for the larger wheel well openings and flares. You should be able to find some pictures of the trucks around ...

That one may be ZR2 only, not sure. I recently bought a bumper for the Avalanche. I had similar problems in that no one builds for the 1/2 ton crowd. Everything is 3/4T or bigger. The steel hardlines are a better option to the braided stainless steel AN lines. Lines degrade with time and finind ethanol resistant lines are difficult at best. Cost is the next thing. $1k or more to do a crew cab would be my best guess.

Check the cap and rotor. It could be loose or bad. New parts don't always mean good parts. They are used as soon as you install them. New parts have failures too. Cranking to max z height should be fine. Worst case the caster will not make the bump and you will have to back the bars down to get specs in range. You may find it hard to get the 1.5". 1" might be more realistic? Results vary. Work with your alignment shop and it will be fine.

Any time the suspension travels the camber changes on an IFS. Shocks can make a big difference.
I still lean toward ball joints wheel bearings and tie-rods in a severe situation.
Frequent tire rotations and a less aggressive lugged tire can help, but nothing will be perfect on IFS.
