Re: The Marvelous Mystery Lift
Thanks HenryJ and Horsehammerr. So to understand...do the cuts on the trucks, then match up the fender to those cuts? I appreciate all the help guys. YES !! EXACTLY !! The whole job took me about two days of slow cruise. Don't be afraid. 8) I used my trusty Sawsall on the fender cuts , mines...

Re: The Marvelous Mystery Lift
I am new to the S10 world....I have done a f150 before, just cause my wife is a ford lover.... Anyway. I have been ready a lot on this site about what lift to do, what tires to run and so on. I am considering the MML life since it seems to work and is not 6" tall and cost 2200 bucks. My question is...

Imagine what you could have made "custom one of a kind" at a decent weld shop for $1200 !

Re: out with the old crew and in with the new crew
You guys are dropping like flies. :( The era of the S10 crew cab is coming to a close. But that is a very nice truck! Some have need for fullsize trucks. Some just lose interest . Then there are some who are " Never Say Die " and really are comfortable with NO PAYMENTS like me. I also enjoy m...

Re: Radiators
8) I mean very Cool. It was only 70 yesterday ,but I did my best to get it hot and could only manage 180. That's with 195 thermostat. I may not have to go to my 180 stat. this summer, we'll see. I guess the old one could have been a little clogged. The Trans. and E. Oil coolers showed no swelling. I...

Re: Radiators
Oh well, the stock rad. got me 160,000 m. with no problems, so I'm just going to stay stock. The only thing the original did wrong was crack and I think we all do that with age anyway.

Re: Radiators
Just checked JTR and they don't offer a replacement for '96-'04. They no longer carry the 'vette radiator, but it was only a 1 1/4" core. Can't really see 1/4" making much difference anyway? Guess I'll just have to "bite the Bullet " and put a new 1" core in and call the leak fixed. I'm a little tir...
