Re: 33's or 32's, and wheels....
I believe you're over thinking this. Finding an ideal backspacing will be almost impossible, Get close and then deal with it through spacers and or have some one lay down a bead or two on your oem steering stops. My preference is to deal with a rub. I prefer to have little tighter turning radius whe...

Re: 33's or 32's, and wheels....
It looks close but, you will lose .25" of back space. I rub with my set up. That being said....if, you decide to order them, I would insist on the installer pull the wheels straight from the boxes and put them straight onto their balancer. Chances are you will have one or more that is not true. I wo...

You should be golden then. You might want to tell the future buyer (after the deal is sealed) about the possible drawbacks of using the hooks as a recovery point if, you end up using spacers.Jongo88 wrote:I moved the tow hooks to the bottom just for looks.... I would never use them...

Re: What did you do to your Crew today?
Spent a couple of hours on the Rhino tail light guards removing the flaking powder coat and prepping them for painting. I used a Dewalt grinder with a 80 grit flapper wheel, a wire wheel on a drill and a Dremel barrel sander and hit it with a couple coats of primer. I'm unsure on what to use as the ...

Re: What did you do to your Crew today?
Could you get me a picture of the leaf setup, please? I want to see the shackle angle, with the longer shackle. And how much difference in height do you have between the front and rear? As in the "rake" of the truck. That's going to have to wait awhile. My CC is in Houston and some 1,100 miles away...

Re: MML picture thread
To be honest with you, this was my first forum......period. I didn't think of a build thread, until I was finished (actually just paused for now), and began building other rigs. I don't believe that I even have stock photos of my rig. I could probably assemble some pics in various stages if, anyone ...

Yep, looks like you found it. I apologize for not seeing your questions earlier. BTW......if, I had a "do over", I would have done the Boise Spring Works rather than the shackles and AAL._STUCKY wrote:I'll bet with more reading I could find that out myself ..........

Re: P0155 code.
Non OEM replacement sensors and the likes often seem to create issues. It's been well documented. It happens, more often than not. I replaced my wife's Governor pressure sensor & Solenoid in her Grand Cherokee tranny with upgraded versions and continued to have the codes reappear. After having our l...
