Re: Changing Motor Mounts and Now SES on all times.
With the SES light on there wasn't anymore intermittent misses or roughness in idle. Went to my son's house and baby sat the kids for an hour or so. (about 5 miles one way). When I left I noticed the SES Light was off and the intermittent miss/rough idle was back. So hopefully it was just rain water...

Re: Hesitates to start
My '02 does the same thing almost with every start. I've gotten used to turning the switch on long enough for the pump to switch off(count 1000 and 4), turn off the ign switch, and turn it on to start. I'm gonna run it until the hiway mileage drops to under 20mpg. But 1st I have to fix the constant ...

Changing Motor Mounts and Now SES on all times.
I changed the motor mounts on the 2002 quad over the last two days. Both front's were shot (right side original and left was replacement from Advanced last year.) Also the tranny mount was about 90% split. HOLY CRAP!!!! Did the AT Mount first, No problems. Went in with the help of a floor jack. So I...

Re: 8 way pwr leather seats with 2 driver memory.
The Back seat is NOT MODIFIED in ANY WAY! I made 2 mount plates for the side mounts from 3/16" steel and drilled the holes to match the existing studs and holes for the seat and chassis studs. The Bottom strap mounts on the front had holes drilled in the floor, and mounted with class 8 bolts and nut...
