Didnt see it posted, but try replacing the compressor clutch relay. Over time the contacts deteriorate and the compressor clutch will lose voltage causing them to slip. Big problem with older ford clutches

nope, the boot is suposed to protect the shaft, but with my short experience with them, and friends who have run them for a while, the boot actually hods in moisture and rusts the shaft...if the cartrige side is down

You probably just forced fluid out of the resevoir when you collapsed the caliper pistons. Happens all the time if you add brake fluid between rotor or pad changes. Bleeder screws are on the backside of the caliper near the top. If your pedal is tight, then I doubt you have any air in the system......

I recommend the flush everytime, at my shop it doubles my brake jobs warranty. Thats the sad thing........ive done the T bar crank, a body lift will keep that thing where its at, only waaay lower looking on the bumper, and I cant afford a big kid lift (SAS, f*** ifs)
