sorry for the late post but i found out that my clunk was.....when the exhaust shop put on my dual exhaust (its a frikkin tight fit for the s-10's) they put it wayy to close to the shocks, they were fine for the stock shocks because the stock ones are a bit smaller in diameter then the rancho's but ...

clunk in rear (shock/custom exhaust)

so i finally installed my new rancho rs5000 rear shocks and ow when i go off bumps sometimes i hear a clunking sound in the back and its weird because it happends only half the time going on bumpy road sometimes it clunks on small bumps while big bumps it dosent make a sound or vice versa......i cra...

oh i have a garage......but my porsche is in there and a s### ton of stuff is in the way so i cant get it out without moving a lot of crap so i guess u can call me lazy haha

i brought it back to them and they tightened the gears the right way.....it dirves much better now thanks for the help guys

run the wire through the passeger side....where the atenna wire come in the cab. take the trim off the front passenger door and fold the carpet back and you will see a rubber grommit with the atenna wire comming in.....remove the grommet and run your power wire to the battery and put the grommet bac...

all the wires are good and the guage is better then what i need for the power im drawing. i dont like capacitors becuase after the cap is fully discarged (after about 20 mins in most cases) it puts extra strain on your battery becuase the cap is trying to charge drawing power from your battery while...

o yah im guessing he tightened gear 2 or 3 cuz sometimes(happens rarely)it kinda jumps to gear 3 and jerks my truck forward a little, i thought it was beacuse of my tires spinning out on the ice and then caching solid ground the first times it happened (its happened 3 times now), but it just recenly...

it wasn't rigth after he tightened it, and i dont kow what gears he tightened, but i did notice that the steering wheel was a lot more stiff....like when you make a turn and let go of the wheel it is suppsoed to center back up so you start driving in a strait line....well now i have to help it a lit...

what color optima is better for my tuck with a sound system? my lights dim everytime the bass hits and the thing is my system is just 2 10' infinities (the shallow ones in a coustom box with an alpine 400 or 450 watt rms ( i think) amp. i know my batteriy is reaching the end of its years cuz in this...

ok so in ak theres like only 2 places that will do a lift on my truck one place siad that it would cost them 1600 bucks to get the trailmaster and 1100 bucks to install it adn i have to order the lift kit from them adn the other place siad its 900 bucks to put on the lift and i can order it wherever...

ok so i bought my 2001 s10 cc about 7 months ago from a dealer and first thing i did was got an alignment on it (at dealers expense) and the alignment center said i got a worn out gear box.......so i contact the dealer and the and the dealer refused to replace the gear box because i didn't purchase ...

Front lift

Is there any other way to get a little extra lift on the front end of our crew cabs without a body kit or a t bar crank? im going to get the pa 2" bl, but i wanna add a little more lift to the front without cranking on the tbars....

here in anchorage alaska i dont see too many of the crew cabs......ive actually only see 4 other ones other than mine witch i think is pretty cool because in a way my truck is rare.....

haha it was a burnt fuse.....i feel stupid cuz i could of sworn i check that fuse before.....i might of jus checked the drivers fuse on accident......but all in all its fix and it works thanks for your help guys

i got highbeam drl......i will try to take my headlighp out and just put in the bulb to check......but i dont think its that becasue it happend with 2 diffrent sets of projo lights
