Hey Cajun, that's a great idea. StylinTrucks has 2 sets of dual lights that mount either around the hitch, or slides into the hitch. I think they run about $100. They come with backup warning beepers too.

I just bought myself a 42" Panasonic plasma for Christmas. It was rated "Best Buy" on Comsumer Report, and it was onsale on Black Friday for about $750 (it listed for $1200). And Panasonic had the best rating for repairs also. I just couldn't pass it up, even though I stood in line for 2 1/2 hours.

The really nice thing about ICE, is that it can be used on everything, except glass. You don't have to worry about white spots on black, or colored smears on paint.

Mine is an AVS also, except mine is color matched (white), because I didn't like the idea of a black stripe across the front of my truck. I think it looks great, and was easy to install with 2-sided tape and 2 optional screws.

That guy is checking with his engineer to see exactly how much rail space is needed. The standard Sport bar I think is mounted in the stake pockets of trucks that have them, since they want the measurements (size and location). Without the pockets, the rails will have to be drilled and bolted. I ask...

I played around with my a/c on the way home from work today, and I really think it is my a/c compressor. I drove with the a/c on until I heard the chirp start, then I shut it off and it stopped. Thank God winter is almost here. I guess a Gatorback is in order now.

I have the chirp sound also. I only hear it when I'm driving. It happens at different times and speeds. I will definitely check the a/c compressor next. It's funny, because I was just describing the sound to a friend today before I read this.

I just mounted my new fog lites, now it's time to wire them up. My question is "where is the best place to run three wires thru my firewall, without having to dismantle half my dash"? I'm 50 yrs old now, and don't quite bend or fit into places like I used to. Thanks

Pop n' lock works great and was an easy install. It's not the sturdiest, but at least it is a first line detterant.

I've noticed some rattles lately too. Mine seems to be coming from the doors in the mirror areas, and somewhere in the vacinity of behind my glove box.
I just turn the radio louder...lol.

yup...I just noticed that mine is hissing now. Glad I bought the extended warranty. This may explain why the a/c temp isn't as cold as it used to be.
