What is the difference between aftermaket adjusters (sold for a 1-3 in lift ) ,and just turning up my stock adjusters?Do the aftermarket ones improve ride quality? Thanks Guys.

My air/heater fan will only work the #4 setting. Sometimes it works fine other times not so good. Any suggestions
