Re: On the brink ...gotta Hummer

Bob, your H3T looks great all mudded up.
You sure were lucky to get the "T" when you did, I could not find a new one anywhere near me. As soon as the dealer received a couple used ones, they were gone!

Looks great! Congratulations.

Thanks for the compliment Con, as I really do like the looks of all the Crews out there. I'd take one in every color! The Truxedo covers, and Access covers were comparable in price in my area. I ended up paying $350 for the Access Roll up. The other day, I washed the truck, and at night it went well...

2 4digger, nice Crew.

I like the color :D

I gues if we crew owners want store bought sill protectors for our trucks, we will have to use the Blazer/Jimmy ones.

As I mentioned earlier, the brushed aluminum sill protectors would look great, but out of sight price wise.

I do like having a tonneau cover, and I think with the bed extender, I will be able to place items in the back of the bed without it sliding toward the cab. I also use bungee cords to tie some light stuff toward the tailgate. I only hope that I will be able to swivel the bed liner open and closed, w...

Bed Rails and Tonneau & Bed Extenders

Because I have the ZR5, with the bed rails, I bought a tonneau cover that would fit between the rails, an Access Cover.

Now I want to add a Bed Extender, and I need to know if the Bed Extender will fit.If you have a Truxedo, or a Access cover you know what I mean.

Are the sill protectors sold specifically for the crew cabs. The parts guy I asked had nothing listed for crew cabs. I doubt ones from a 4 DR. Blazer will fit, and the aluminum ones are out of sight price wise. (something like 90 bucks a set) The plain old black plastic ones with the two way tape wo...

Sill Protectors

I did a search on this forum to see what the consensous is on sill protectors.

I didn't find a post on the topic.

I just got my crew around Halloween, and haven't found sill protectors.

I want other things as well, but I'm willing to start with the sill protectors.
