Hey hey!! Whats toothing? Run your hand back and forth over the tread on the tire. If you feel a roughness in one direction, that is sawtoothing. Rubbing in one direction is smooth, but rubbing the opposite direction is rough. That's the best explanation I could find. That's known as cupping :)

Quick sway bar question...

Was looking under the truck the other day.... On the front sway bar... ....Where the bolt goes up thru the bushings etc & that threaded part sticks about 1/2in out the top... is there supposed to be a nut on there???? :shock:

Now to your problem: Check the basics first- all connectors plugged in, battery cable connections clean and tight, air cleaner/cap/rotor/plugs/wires/fuel filter I'd like to get stuck into it, but I had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago. I may have to bite the bullet & actually pay a mechanic to do it......

Ok, seen another one! Was just dropping my kid off at school (100yards away so was on foot) & saw a woman driving a dark blue S10 CC, not a ZR5 tho. Are they all 4x4's or just the ZR5's?

I have a '70 Ranchero with a 351C in it, found a "parts donor" with bucket seats for $200 & sold the streering column & center console for $190 so I'm into it for $10...
It turned out to be a 429 GT..... & yes, it came with most of the engiine....& a 9in locker rearend :)

ok, got all the oily liquids I need, now it appears it's advisable to junk the dexcool & go with green stuff....

& my bloody grease gun has buggered off someplace so I need to go buy a new one of those...& some goop to go in it...

I only ask because mine is the only one I've ever seen & before I bought it I didn't even know they existed. In fact, if the salesmen at the Nissan dealer across the road from the Chevy dealer had a been a bit quicker I probably still wouldn't know they existed... Yanno how it is, ya don't notice ce...

My mother purchased an 05 honda reflex 250cc scooter for a daily commuter back and forth to work. With gas prices on the rise, 40-50 mpg sounds like a good plan to me.
