I've been trying to figure out how to upgrade the wires from the alt to the battery for awhile, and it needs a replacement starter cable since I've repaired the leaky exhaust that burnt the last one.

I don't see any correlation between material and durability. If you're flexing your truck enough to break/crack a plastic tanked radiator, chances are you're going to hurt the all aluminum one too.

My ZR5 came with a push bar with lights on it. Switch was located there. Had to de-fork it shortly after purchase from whomever installed it, but none-the-less there was a switch there. Buddy put a switch for the high side of his eFan there as well. He tells everyone it's for teh "NAWWSS!!"

Cleaner is better, but that filter needs to stay in there.

I'm curious how you found out that tire size was programmed wrong. Did you check it against a GPS unit, check it against another vehicle on the same route? To alter the AFR, you need some way to change the programming in the PCM. HPTuners, EFILive, and TunerCats are available software to alter your PCM.

IMO, it's one of the best bang for the buck mods you can do. It takes a little bit of knowledge, the willingness to learn, and ALOT of time.

You totally don't need a wideband unless you have the means to modify your AFR. If you can't modify it, why measure it?

In other thoughts, Honda has used Wideband O2's in several cars for quite a few years now.

Heads up for you guys. The T56 doesn't bolt to a 4wd transfer case. You're stuck with an NV3500 or NV4500 (depending on how strong you want it, and if you want to replace the transfer case while you're in there).

If you are gonna go to 2wd then teh T56 is a great solution!

I've got 5% all the way around on the Xtreme. No tickets in over 8 years that way either.

The Yukon now has the fronts tinted to match the backs, have no idea what it was, the tint shop matched it, and got pretty close. Should've done that a ton sooner.

Your truck have the temp sensor in the console?

My truck had that same plug plugged into the sensor on the back of the hood latch support. Check there and see if there is a sensor. If not then I would guess that is what the plug is for, you just don't have a display or a sensor.

See, I don't think mine is any quieter than the stocker when compared back to back.....it is locking up ALOT sooner temperature wise, but if I spin the motor over ~2k rpm it will always unlock. I believe that the trucks were setup for it with everything BUT the shifter stalk with the button, and the appropriate program in the Body Control Module.
