As soon as I'm absolutely sure I have all the parts and test the shift lock assembly. I still need a combination switch and the lock cylinder coded to my key. It's a '79 and yes, it's a Turbo Diesel. While not exactly Corvette like in acceleration, it will outrun my VW Bus so I think I can live with it! :lol: Stock, they usually do 0-60 in 14-16 seconds. Mine gets the shakes 40 to 45 MPH and it has a slight dent in the Driveshaft. But a 6061 -t6 shaft means $$$ so i can live with it untill the parts yard comes up with one.
