If the weather strip isn't contacting the door enough in the corners you will get wind noise. Solution get the weather strip out closer to the door. Nope no trailer brakes tonight. Trailer has them, but no controller in the crew at this time. I'm using tonight as a worst case test. No tranny cooler, or temp gauge, no WDH, no trailer brakes. Jetta was heaver than I thought. If you have 3.73 gears and not many hills you should be fine. My guess is the transfer case is trash and rather than fix it they dissabled the front diff, or they replaced the diff with one like our trucks and put the right side axle tube on from the bravada thinking that would make it work correctly :roll: I hope shipping isn't to bad on the transfer case. I do not know if it is possible to skip a few steps. I have found that sometimes the GM manuals either forget a step, or add in a few unnecessary ones. HMMM mine only takes about 5minutes at most It may depend on the year. Mine unit didn't follow the steps in the manual to a "t" but it worked. The manual said it would take about 5 minutes to load but it took at least 10. It may also depend on which parameters you change with it. The thing sure see...

The only change I made is shift firmness for now, next spring I'll use it to correct for smaller diameter tires.
