yeah i replaced the rear speackers with some pioneers (costed bout $70 for the pair). i thoght it would sound alot better, but it didn't. It was a little louder, but still not that big of a difference.

turns out that the only reason that my engine was knocking was because of the high mileage oil i had just put in it. the knocking went away after driving for about a half an hour. :D

Engine Knock

When started up my truck today and my engine immediately began knocking. The knock sped up with the RPMs. does anyone know how much this would cost to repair? i checked the oil and it was fine. i'm really worried about it. :(

hey i just put a new head unit in my crew cab. it has rds too. i was also told that i needed to buy some $100 harness to put a new head unit in my truck, but luckly if your trunk is made before '03 then you should be fine. i put my new alpine in and it works fine.

if you get a body lift how high will you go? I was originally going to get a 3" body lift on my truck, but then i just decided to go with the 6" SL. I spent alot more money then i had originally hoped with tires and everything. i think the body lift and new tires will make your truck look alot better.

i have black rock crawler rims. ther have 4.75 back spacing and are 8" wide. my tires stick out a little bit on both sides of my truck. about an 1.5" on each side.

yeah my friend had 5% on his side windows and got pulled over. the cop made him take the tint off right there. my friend got pretty lucky though.. the cop didn't give him a ticket, just made him take off all of his tint.

the tires ride pretty well. it is a little rougher just because of the nubs on the tires. their not to noisey on the street. you will definitly beable to tell that you changed tires, but i believe that you will be very satisfied with them. it is a great tire. what kind of rims are you mounting them ...
