Loud Noise at 30+ miles an hour (wheel bearing)

Has any one had a problem with there crews with loud noise at 30+ miles an hour? I did 2" lift in early spring with no issues, but recently (last 2 weeks) I get this loud roaring sound from the passengers side. Any ideas and help as always is appreciated thanks..

What is better the plastic inserts or the spray in liner?

I have always been told the if water gets in under the plastic liner rust will form and with the plastic liner in you wont know until it's to late. How much truth is there to this?
