your right, they shouldnt have held the alignment together, but they did, there is soo much stress on the suspension components because of the tb crank, that they were holding the tires from buckling in. Now all thats holding them up is the bump stops until i get the spindles. Somebody does make 4wd...

Update: Well coffee, I did keep them in, because I thought that would happen, so I kept both cups in, the shaft is just been cut off. Now, by doing this, and with the tb's so cranked, nothing (axles) are holding the tires from really cambering in, so both tires cambered in REALLLLY BADD! The fix for...

Well, they arent really snapping, they are just coming completly apart and causing me not to be able to drive my vehicle. But we took care of that today.....no more axle period! Best ride I ever had!

HAHAHAHAHAHA......new update. Put in the new axle. It lasted about a day, hahaha.....so we have new idea. We do new idea this weekend.

I'de like to thank Advanced Auto Parts for selling me a 75 dollar axle that lasted 1 whole day! Even the GM axle lasted longer than that!

OK well I put the new ball joint on, but snapped a wheel stud (cross threaded at the tire place). So now I got to replace that monday or something, but I will try my best to get pics up from it this weekend.

Jeggers, you have Tbar relocaters, it came with your lift kit. Its the brackets you bolted to the frame under the driver and passenger door that say superlift in chrome. Quite sleek and sexy if you ask me.

I have the t-bar keys, and my alignment was no problem. Good thing about them is I got about an extra 1.5" out of the front and have absolutely no crank on them yet. Well, I do have a half crank on each side, thats just to make sure the adjuster bolts dont fall out :D

Yes, them shackles really do make a difference. They put a nice rake to the truck. I have no idea what the measurment is to my mirrors, I will have to check for you tomorrow or something. Or you can just measure from the bottom of your cab to the mirrors, and add 30", and that is what mine is.

I had the same noise a while ago, they told me that the torsion bar brackets were loose, tightened them up, sounds great.

Same noise just came back today with my drop down brackets for the torsion bars. 2 bolts were loose. Tightened them up, problem gone.

I have the 6" SL, 2" BL, and got about 1.5"-2" out of the torsion bars so far with plenty of crank left in them. So that is more than 6" of lift. We cut the wheel and it doesnt look like its going to rub unless I slam a real hard bump in a hard turn.

Jeggers - I am missing one of the leaf pads.
