When superlift first came out with a lift for our trucks they recomended a 33x12.50 tire, a lot of people had rubbing issues with this size tire. If you go to there site now they recomend a 32x11.50 tire size! Go to there site search it out. Here is a link to the directions for the S10 crew cab lift...

Try to contact Quickbiker, he had the trailmaster on his truck at one time. I beleive Ben is right, the BDS and superlift kits are more of a direct fit. The price does sound reasonable, especialy in your neck of the woods.

I had the same problem and the dealer sent it out to the muffler shop to get repaired....They had it done in one day....no charge. :D

It does apply to snow....Thats why honda civic's with FWD, and 2" wide tires get around just fine, and the sports cars with 10" wide tires don't.....thinner tire = better traction in moderate to light snow. If you get over 8-10" of snow or mud then the wider tire tends to be better, as you "float" ...
