Watching your mpg drop while driving would teach you to drive conservatively that is true. both my grand prix and the new silverado have this digital read out. conciously or not, when you see that MPG drop after getting on it, you begin to drive more conservatively. it's also nice to see what MPG y...

5" BDS lift, 2" body lift...still rubbed the 33X12.50's sooooooo.......out came the sawzall. if i remember right we cut over an inch off each the front (bumber side) and back (cab side) of the front fender openings on the rear, we didn't have to cut the front half (cab side) of the rear fender, but ...

I loved my BDS lift. the ride quality was similar, if not better, then the stock setup. i think this was because of the large side wall of my tires and the increased suspension travel. I never cranked my T-bars and obviously that helped in the ride. here's a shot of the CV, i don't think that's too ...

what size tires do you want to run....if you stay around 30 or a small 31, i think those rims would fit with some trimming.

at a car show 2 summers ago, i ran my truck around with 6 people in the box (sitting on wheel wells, floor, and rails) and 6 people inside the cab. wish i would have had that on tape or at least a picture of it. we raced another s10 and kept up pretty well considering he was on stock tires and only ...

fullsize, hands down. you can do all you want to a v6, but it'll still sound like a v6  get a good set of pipes on a smallblock and that's music to my ears. my cousins fullsize z-71 extended cab gets 18 MPG on the highway and has power to spare. plus more room in the cab, more cargo area, more...

here's my old truck. i had 7 inches of lift and still had to trim to get 33X12.50s to fit. http://www.bds-suspension.com/pj/pj_photos/295_1.jpg I really would advise you to not go any bigger then 33's, unless it's going to be a complete street queen and you're not going to abuse it, and what's the f...

not sure on the trailmaster price...but that's about what i paid for my BDS kit. Have you checked on BDS or Superlifts Suspension lifts. If i remember right, the trailmaster lift had to be tweaked to work with the crew-cab. a couple other members had it at one time...for those that did, feel free to...
