Thanks for the help. It ended up being the right front wheel bearing. I got a little movement by moving the wheel back and forth so I took off the brakes and found a very noticable grinding when I turned the wheel. I replaced the hub and it made a 110% improvement.

I'm pretty sure it's not any of the boots. I inspected them for tears and cracks and they look ok. Also, there is no indication of grease being thrown out of the boot. By the way. If you do it this way by cutting a hole in the bumper, you are limited to aiming the lights where you want them. Left to right shouldn't be a problem if you get floods but up and down is pretty much set depending on how you mount your bracket behind the bumper.

ludwis, if you noticed in my pic with the switches, they have yellow LEDs. I chose those because I wanted to have some kind of indication that the lights were on in case I forgot about them. You can get them without LEDs if you want or in different color LEDs. However, I don't suggest the blue LEDs....

Yeah, but I didn't cut much to get the clearance I needed. I have flexed every way you can to the max with the wheels turned and haven't rubbed yet. I was rubbing the frame a little before I put the Cragars on. Now with the 4" backspacing, I don't have that problem. http://www.s-10crewcab.com/copper...

I'd have to look at my invoice because I don't remember if Jegs was free shipping or not. I know that the 397s were about $35 a piece and the 398s were about $49 a piece. I also had to get the center caps which I think were $11 each and chrome lug nuts (12mmX1.5 acorn style) which totaled around $30...

If you're going to run 31X10.50s, I'd stick with 15X7. If you're going with 33X12.50s, I'd get the 15X8. Pics will be here this afternoon.
