ok now I'm pissed at this local 4wd shop. I told them simply that I would like 1.5" spacers and they gave me this big talk of how bad they are. I realize that they put strain on the axle bearings but I will eventually purchase new rims with the correct offset. Then they were telling me that I may ha...

my theory, and you can laugh all you want, is locate a wrecked zr2 and try and buy the suspension components to somehow adapt to one of our trucks. If the frame is the same then somehow it can be done. If that is then done buy the bds-suspension lift for the zr2 which can jack the truck up 8" higher...

Zr2 and regular s-10 suspension differences
I am not to familiar with how the zr2 suspension setup is but are the frames the same width? If not then I wonder if the leaf springs are different and can bolt up to our trucks? I'm sure there is more to it up front though... just a thought ... I saw a rolled zr2 outside a junkyard and i was waonde...

OH, and as for the spare tire... I need something with a smaller diameter tire.... flowmaster 3 chamber 40 series single in dual out. They offer a single in single out if you have no desire for dual exhaust. Best bet is to buy a muffler with the inlet off to the side of the muffler, not center and an outlet the same. this way here, it's easy on anyone. The thing is that our stock ...

airbag light after body lift
Ok I'm stupid, I started the truck before putting the fuse to the airbag back. Now my airbag light is constantly on. I tried disconnecting the positive terminal to the battery thinking it would clear the code but it didn't. Do I have to go to the dealer and have them clear it?

body lift price?
OK I just went to my 4wd auto place and asked for the body lift #192 from PA. They told me that retail was $299 and they could sell it to me for $260. At the mod info page under crewcab2ya.com, it is said to have a price of $125. Does anyone know where i can get it for that price?
thanx,
Justin
