Will you be using the stock head unit? If so than I would splcie the signal off the rear doors. Find the wire between the pillar. If not than get your head unit and but a $25 adaptor from any stereo shop. This saves alot of time.

I just found out I have 3.42 and I have 31" tires. It's nice on flat and sloping down highway sections but as soon as a slight incline comes, it downshifts to 3rd and pushed 2500 rpm. Don't plan on passing anyone including a big rig going uphill. It's funy how 50000 lbs. passes me sometimes :twisted...

You really don't have to install the gas filler hose. As for the others, I have no idea. As far as i recall, I only used bolts, brackets and lift blocks. i didn't use any of the hoses..Good luck, any questions, feel free to ask.

my guess is it was a lemon because if it was a designated problem that was occurring in others, they would have known what was wrong with it and corrected it. It first came on at 9000 miles. they finally replaced the motor at 34000

i had a 900lb. jackhammer attatchment to a bobcat along with 15 gallons of diesel once..of course the tires were pushed well into the fenders but i still did 70 on the highway



it just sucks having a small truck in construction..but oh well.we have to make do :roll:

i have 31" BFG all terrains on stock rims. they only rub a little on the frame at full lock. Brule (henryj) is running 31" yokohama geolanders and he says they don;t rub at all.. BFG just makes a wider tire at the tread

just splice your rear lines to the door speakers and look for an amp that has speaker line inputs...or just get an rca jack that also splices off the rear speaker lines..my friend did that in his maxima..still sounds good

finally happy! dealer replaced the fuel injectors, changed the fuel filter and added some fuel treatment free of charge...quite shocked....I think it was because this problem has been occuring for quite some time and it hasn't been fixed. So far i have put 200 miles on it and no ses code..I drive 18...

Mike, I think that because you have your torsion bars fully cranked, it may look too high in the front....I only touched the drivers side to level it out. If it is lower than everyone elses, think about buying shackles..I bet it would level the truck out

I think you need to take the plastic piece beneath the steering column off before you can pull the trim off. There are 2 screw holding the trim piece in the guage cluster and several screw holding the trim piece beneath the plastic piece I described under the steering column

Open the hood, look at the Air conditioning pump with its two hoses going to the condensor. well im going to try the heating and peeling the orange reflectant off my lights and see if i like it..If i don't than I may go with the envoy conversion...HID is brighter and could help with driving at night

appearantly, if you want to get rid of the "orange" in the stock headlamp, someone has done it. First preheat a conventional oven to 250. put the headlamps in for 10 minutes. You should be able to scrape the orange reflectant off the plastic. After it is off, put lamps back in over for 10 minutes, t...
