I have filled up once so far. Got 15 miles to the gallon. Pretty much all city driving. Sticker said 15-19 mpg. So I guess I'm right on. I had heard from a couple Silverado owners that gas milage got better after it was broken in. I am just hoping they, as well as you guys, are right.

Gas Milage on NEW rig

Does any one know if the gas milage of a new vehicle is true? I mean, could it get better after a vehicle gets "broken in?" I understand that driving conditions, driving habits, etc are factors but is having a brand new vehicle a factor?

I realize that EVERY business is out to make money. If they found something else wrong with my truck while they were looking for the problem I brought it in for, good for them. They deserve a pat on the back. They were just being thorough. But test drive the vehicle and make sure that the customer's...

Yeah! I love this dealership. Really. All the departments are VERY good to me & treat customers fairly. But I absolutely HATE the service dept.. The only reason I go there is because my extended warranty is from them. If I go any place else to have warranty work done, I have to pay a $100 deductable...

I guess they never test drove it after they worked on it because the noise was and is still there. The last time it was i...
