NICE, I used to have pullies on mine that I bought off of ebay and they made a pretty big difference but I figured out very quickly why they were on ebay.....the bottom pulley was bent and it destroyed a belt in about a month then I went back to stock and it just feels sluggish now.

if you are worried about cutting a little bracket off of the front diff you are not ready for a sas oh no, im not worried about the work ITSELF, i just told myself I wouldnt butcher my truck. if you are worried about cutting a little bracket off of the front diff you are not ready for a sas once you take the dive it takes a lot of work, research, dedication, maintanance, troubleshooting, and money. I ran a d30 daily driven and wheeled for 2 years on my blazer and I would not do it again....

I use the quick air deflators every time I go wheeling they take a little bit longer but they beat using a key by 50x you eventually learn to trust them more and can put all 4 on at one time then you kinda know when they are getting close the only bad part about them are they crossthread onto eachot...

I don't think rear seats would be the same


the 60/40 bench from the regular cab is a DIRECT bolt in. I didn't have to change anything. Another plus of the regular cab seats is that they flip and slide all the way forward.

I would think that the dealership is supposed to take note of the position of the alignment cams on the upper control arm, and make sure they are the same after they get it all back together but technically you really "shouldn't" need an alignment b/c they didn't really mess with stuff that affects ...

Do they make 4wd lift spindles for s10's??? or are you just goint to try to adapt some 2wd lift spindles onto it? that axle shouldn't have been keeping the tires from cambering in, have you already adjusted / maxed out your alignment washers on the upper control arms?? do yours come completely apart or do you just keep losing boots over and over again?? One thing I learned from experience though... you can't run the wheel bearings without at least the stub of the cv in there b/c the cv actually holds the bearing together. Somecrew, you should just go to the auto parts store and buy replacement cv's for the front. they use a more rubbery boot than the stock ones.

I did this and never had a problem with a boot after I put in the new shafts

They should be about 70 bucks a peice after core IIRC

You have to go to the auto parts store and rent a clutch fan removal tool it comes with a peice that grabs onto 2 of the water pump bolts so it won't spin and a big arse wrench that fits over the large nut on the clutch fan. don't try to use vice grips or an adjustable wrench, you will only strip it...

are you shifting into 4hi or 4lo??

b/c if you shift into 4lo at 15mph I would imagine that it is pretty violent.....

usually I do it when I am either stopped or barely rolling and in neutral, I think that is better for it anyways than doing it at 15mph

I just have a summit-like alluminium rear cover and I drag my rear end over rocks all day long and it has never given me any kind of problem, besides the fact that I scratched the hell out of the bottom of it....never leaks though. I almost think diff protection is a bit overrated b/c on my front ax...

I test drove one just for the hell of it and they were pretty nice actually.

reminds me a little too much of a pt cruiser but for having a 4bangher it did get up and go pretty well. drove nice as far as I could tell, the only complaints are the windows are small and I felt like a Giant inside of it.

it is leaking out of the rear output seal around the driveshaft, I think the seal is just a little stretched b/c I have taken out my driveshaft quite a few times and probably hit it or something.

where was yours leaking from? or was it the same place?

no, I would never have even considered going through this trail when I was still on my ifs lift. It would have been really scary if not impossible on the ifs, b/c it just doesn't flex and when the front of your truck follows the terrain it used to get pretty scary. I love my flowmaster, it is just a regular flowmaster 40 and I thought it was pretty loud, but then again I have had open pipe for a while too and that was sooooooo loud it got insanely annoying after about 10 minutes.

I also have a hi flow cat but I am not sure how much of a difference that makes.

ahahahhahaha, I towed my friends 17 foot steel floor lawnmower trailer loaded with 3 big lawnmowers. We had to put a hi-lift jack under the tounge of the trailer and jack it up in order for it to even reach the ball. lifting trucks costs a lot of money.......yea.... depends on if you want the look or the go and if you are daily driving. if you just want it to look good then go ahead and get the 6" superlift and make sure you buy ALL moog or better ball joints and steering joints so you don't regret it later. but...
