I'd start with Rock Auto and put together a shopping list if, it was me. Plenty of diagrams on what u-joints go where. I just replaced most of my front end and went with Moog or ACDelco.

Steve's right on with fill level. Unless you've lifted so high that your pinion angle has increased, there's no need to use anything other than the stock fill hole. A little extra oil won't hurt but, adding too much will result in your diff puking fluid out of the vent line and possibly blowing out ...

See if you a Glass Specialty in your area. Our local one has been able to handle several different jobs no problems. Is there enough room between the spare tire and the rear bumper to mount the compressor? Or maybe in front of it?... Not really any room between the spare and bumber. Especially with a hitch installed. In front of the rear axle on the passenger is the exhaust and the gas tank is on the driver's side.

That sounds like a great improvement. While Tom-Toms, and Garmin navigation systems have vastly improved for their purposes, nothing can replace the Delorme TOPO programs with their quality of various different maps and imagery for true off road exploration. Honestly for using stuff like wenches etc I don't think a red top is really suitable. The yellow top for deep cycling is probably better............. I ran a Yellow Top for a couple of years. It survived Moab with, Brule. It was a little better but, not by much. My last Red Top laid down on my wife...
