I was looking at this option but I see on the instruction manual it says for cosmetic purposes only. This is GM's MO remember the fullsize R/V trucks of the early nineties?
Maybe they are keeping the S10 until they can stretch the colorado crew to make the back seat usable (fit rear facing baby seats)

The mounts themselves should be no different. It is the bumper brackets and mounting that differs, not to mention the oil filter relocation brackets don't exist then. You're right back to the same thing, buying only the body bushings (pucks). If you are doing that ONLY ...buy the cheapest kit out t...

Perhaps the 3" BL bushings, but then you're better off getting bushings from a '73 Chev. PA kit for under $80 and making them work. I was refering to the body lift kit...

would a spare tire rack from a blazer work on our truck?
I am thinking mounting the spare tire on the tail gate like the blazer would look good and make room for the dual exhaust that I feel is necessary with any V powered vehicle i would like to use the carrier from a 2 door blazer since they have similar body lines so it should bolt up i hope any though...

People don't take into account of inflation. Sure they may be record high gas prices but it is still cheap. We pay $1.69 for 16oz. of bottled water and milk is more than $2.00 a gallon. Now i was too young to remember this but my grandfather told me that back in '88, gas prices were, on average, cl...

You're correct...there are no kits out right now that don't require some modification of stock parts. The Superlift kit that's in development I think will even have a little bit of cutting. Not as much as the TM kit, but still some. except the dreaded superlift 2" but that wont get me to 32" tires ...

I saw a s10 zr5 the other day and the tires looked less aggressive than the tires on my sonoma. or was it just the fender flairs over shadowing the tires?
