You need to replace the distributor. The best bet is replace it with a new aluminum one off e bay. Do you have a manufacture or part number for the ones you bought. Did the "Hot Feet Fix" even though my feet weren't hot; it was more of the "Hot Face Fix" in my case. None-the-less I did it and it did lower the air temp coming through the vents. I still don't like the air coming from the vents but oh well.

I had the Bilsteins OEM and apparently these are not a gas charged shock? At least if they are mine were shot at 6k. These things compressed extremely easy and would not expand on their own.
