Mike told me that the front and rear are not set yet...The front Tbars need to be set and blocked in the back to level it out. Mike told me that the back will come up a little more and that there is no crank on the T bars, the front end still needs to be lined up. The shocks go on Monday and testing starts as well. Thank Quickbiker for posting the picks

somthing to try...

When I conected my high 4 relay I had a problem with the high beam indicator coming on low beam only...I switched the wires on 87 and 30 on the relay and the problem went away.....My high 4 works great. When I want to disable the Day time running lights I just use the dome light switch ...

I did this mod to my 2003...I made my connections on the bottom side of the fuse box to get the relay up higher and keep it away from water and mud. Neg triger to turn on the low when hi is on. Works great! I got my power for the relay from the factory head light relay output....

I talked to Superlift today...Mike said that he would send new picturs of the truck on the ground very soon...He said that the kit is gokng to very trick. He would not tell me but I suspect that it has somthing to do with There new FIT (Frame Intergration Technology)....

To calculate the truck box: Top diminsion + bottonm diminsion divided by 2, now take that number and multiply it times the height then multiply that by the width then divide by 1728. this will give you the volume in cubic feet. (example: 3 + 6 / 2= 4.5"x 10"x 17"= 765 divided by 1728= .44 cubic feet...

One thing to keep in mind "air space" Make sure the volume of air in the new box is the same as the Tube that you took it out of. If you do you will be able to use the port that came out of the old enclosure. The woofer that came out of that enclosure needs to be in a ported box, i.e. low Q and high...

Spoke with Superlift this week. Things are going well. Mike asured me that the front shaft angles would remain level so not to put the cv joint in a bind. The new tech that they are using on the new kits will be in the Regular S-Series Kit.....I will have New Pictures to to post next week....

I am the guy that has his truck at SuperLift...Progress report...I talked to them today an work will resume tomorrow or Monday. They were getting the new Chevy full size into production. The good news, I was told the they are making great progress. I will have new picture soon to get posted.

I am going to....I can always pull more. It helps to have a vac former in my r&d area... think that I may pull them from .250 abs instead of the .125 that bushwacker uses.

Wheel and tire size...

275/70/17 (32.4 tall 10.9 wide acording to goodyear) on 17x8 4.5 back space...I took the tires and wheels down to Superlift so that they could put them on when the lift is complete..

the only differences that I have found is the exaust manifolds. 01 and 02 had airpipe connections and I believe that 03 and 04 do not. I have not found any in the suspension......

Superlift

They are still working on it as you can see....Mike (superlift) tells me that the drive shaft angles (the ones that conect to the front tires) will stay straight when the disign is done (just like the ZR2 kit). I will keep everyone posted on the development progress.

I found out that they were wrong...EGR does not make a set of flares for for the CREW cab.....I think that I am going to design a set of molds for a set. would anybody be interested in a set when I get them done?
