ok I measured my speaker.. from the magnet to the top foam trim ring (highest spot on the sub) it measures 5 3/4 inches.. and to be honest you might be able to get away with 1/4 inch more . if yours measures less than mine I suggest the box.. and now that I look at it again I would definatly remove ...

ok so I got back from OMAN and JORDAN and took the truck right to the dealer.. I got my remote power for my amp from the original fuse block. I stripped the remote wire going to the amp end and shoved it in at the same time the fuse was pushed in to the fuse box and it is now wedged in there. FREE.. I saw fluid on the side of my oil pan .. Now we all know this shouldn't be there.. but it isn't leaking alot..I mean it isn't dripping, but obviously the seal has failed in one area.. would you take to the dealer before warranty runs out.. I really would feel like a panssy taking it in for such a mi...

ok Since I installed the 2 inch BL I have had these lines below PICTURES HERE These pics were taken ehn looking in the drivers side front fender well.. If you go outside and look ull see what im talking about ... Does anyone else have this problem.. oh and the tape around the line is a plastic clamp...

Mine is also uner warranty.. I have 20,000 on the ODOMETER on a 2003 I cut my airbox up as soon as Brule suggested it . Then I took it to the dealer under warranty for my power steering pump issue and they didn't say a word. I know they had to remove that box to get to the pump too :lol: :lol:

I would suggest giving the dealer a try .. heck if it works then you just saved money. but if they dont replace them for free, then you might have wasted an hour or two ..I SAY TRY THE DEALER

another option is cutting some larger springs.. someone here did it themselves and it seems to work just fine and is way cheaper than the kit..

I dont rememeber you haveing a 2 body lift. but if you do .. get under the truck and retighten the bed bolts.. dont try wiggleing the bed or checking if it is loose.. just get under there with a ratchet and tighten them down.. some 31's are just bigger than others.. I am running 31s and I have about the same amount of room .. I have though of cutting my fenders .. But I love the sound it makes when you turn slightly and hit a bump.. its a nice crunching / grinding noise.. :shock: honestly im just lazy

if ours are the 7.625.. wouldn't the earlier s-10s have the same rear-end? I am confused.. ok I am under the impression that the earlier s-10s DID have bulges and the same rear as our current newer trucks..(except our newer trucks do not have bulges..) correct?
