usually the vibration that results can be fixed with angled shims between the leaf springs and the axle perches. Any driveline shop should be able to sell you some shims and you can experient with what angle works best to get rid of the vibe. It usually takes a day to figure out so you wouldn't want...

He's right on the rubbing part. Con, I have stock 235/75r15 (Bridgestone Dueler A/t) on mine and they don't come close to rubbing anything, are your t-bars a little de-cranked?

call and book your appointment now and mention that your warranty may be up by the time their first appointment is available. They have to cover this as it is their schedule that puts you out of warranty, not your inability to get the vehicle there.

the 90 degree grease tip for the guns don't tend to work very well and it's cheaper/easier to buy two 90 deg grease fittings than it is to buy the 90 deg tip and then change the tip just for two spots then change it back for the other ones.

The back end is just held up by little velcro (they call them hook and loop so they don't have to pay royalties) tabs. Just push up along the back edge and it should stick up there, if not, take it in and they should cover that under warranty.

I would agree, an internal shift kit is better for long term use, although the electronic (b&m shift plus and Hpp3) one will help the life of your clutches if you drive hard.

basically the same excepthe the case is split front to back vs side to side. The front diff has to come out in order to swap gears. While you can do it in your driveway I would suggest using a lift if you can as you have to take the cv shafts out and then drop the pumpkin.

If it doesn't spec how much air it needs, a standard rule of thumb for a 10" sub is to use 1 cu.ft. or 12"x12"x12" and it should be close to what the manufacturer recommends.

as far as I can tell from briefly looking at a crew compared to my extended cab the suspension components are exactly the same. Ask warnoffroad what he had to mess with to put his tm 5" on before he had the SFA.

The blue wire is for a high mount stop light on a cap. Our trucks have provisions for the brake controller in a splice pack somewhere which was detailed by Mike (LS1 ZR2) on zr2.com. I haven't searched for the post but I am pretty sure it would be in the restored site as it was queit some time ago.

They will tell you that the hot feet thing is normal. Seach for my post about the hot feet fix, this is the only way easily fix this without cutting or installing valves. should only take about five minutes to do if you aren't even the slightest bit mechanically inclined.

they pick up heat off of the a/c condensor and the rad when it is really warm out. mine usually reads 2 deg warmer than it actually is but is bang on when on the freeway.

You would get tired of that buell real quick. I would suggest something with a little more power that is more geared towards driving rather than fun. Your other choices would be more suited to a begginer who wishes to save some money by having a bike for more than a year.

The sensors are only on the front. The easiest way to get at them is take off the brake caliper and rotor. You should be able to spot them real quick as it is the only thing with a cable coming off of it. Be careful not to get any dirt in the hole that it comes out of, it will mess up your bearing.

The front ends are a huge PITA to work on and you do have to drop the whole front end to get at the diff to swap gears. $900 is a really good price for front and rear.

High in the front. They come 1" lower in the front from the factory for a reason. After you break it in it sits about level. If youhadn't done the t-bar crank it would probably only be about a 1/4" lower in the front.

The gm gear oil does not have friction modifiers in it and you shouldn't put friction modifier (limitid slip addicitive) in your diffs. The g80 locker is designed to work without it. As far as synthetic goes replace every fluid youhave with it except your coolant, replace it with green not dex.

FYI - There was a dealer bulletin about this last year that said just to put the front crossbar further back and it would solve the whistle.
